To obtain copies of documents from court case files, or for audio recordings of court hearings, either complete the fillable PDF Court Case Records Request form and email to the appropriate division, or complete the online form for the appropriate division below. Please refer to Case Lookup to help you determine which document(s) or recording(s) you need.
SOPA users should fill out the File Request Form.

Costs
- Copies – $0.35 per page
- Certification – $1.50 per document, plus copy charges
- Exemplification – $4.50 per document, plus copy charges
- Audio Records or Other Records Provided on CD – $4.00
